Evolutionary overall learning
Our work with customers takes the form of process-oriented learning in line with our educational model for evolutionary overall learning, with elements of problem-based and experience-based learning. Quality assurance and documentation Our courses are arranged using practical problems as the starting point for all activities in training. Our courses undergo quality assurance. Knowledge of various course blocks, plus their implementation, is assessed and documented. Individual starting points All training is integrated and adapted to suit individuals on the basis of each respective participant's starting point, area of activity and business focus. The planning, implementation and assessment/follow-up of the course and the actions of the trainers must provide specific examples on future-oriented tools and methods linked to participants' areas of activity throughout the entire course. Requirements, participation and target work The introduction to the training musters the strength for people to create trustful contact, create a good atmosphere for learning, provide knowledge on the starting points of the respective individuals and for the analysis of learning requirements and expectations. Starting from the final objectives, detailed planning of the training takes place with a high degree of participation, the main objectives are broken down into subtargets and activities adapted to suit the need for learning of each respective individual. Starting from the final objectives, all participants create an individual set of targets with a view to creating intention, context and a high level of commitment. Process-oriented procedure We comply with a process-oriented procedure and work on an evolutionary planning model in which every stage is based on the result of the previous one and what we then know about the situation and conditions. Continuous monitoring The training must be monitored and assessed constantly. During these follow-ups, a result analysis of the meeting of targets and a constructive, reflective discussion is held with a view to creating understanding and security prior to the stage to come. We recommend that every participant should keep a leadership log, an experience diary which is used as a professional skills development tool on the one hand and as a means of looking back on the other. Stimulating learning situations During this course, our aim is to allow course participants to stand responsible for their own training. The job of the trainers is to arrange stimulating learning situations in which course participants can directly see the link between the final training objectives and the current course content.
