Policy on the working environment, equal opportunities and co-operation
Working conditions must be the best on the market and adapted to suit individual criteria and requirements. Areas for personal hygiene, refreshments and resting are provided by the employer, along with first aid equipment for use in the event of accidents or illness. All staff must take part in the company's activities, and particular emphasis is placed on staff participating in change and development work.

The work must be characterised by high quality, great variation and great freedom for individuals to structure their work, personal working environment and working hours.

The company's work must be characterised by co-operation, social contact, social responsibility, high levels of participation and high levels of self-determination. The working party must help with and facilitate personal development to a great extent and exercise great flexibility. Staff must be able to expect the wholehearted support of their employer when it comes to resolving problems.

Aids and technical devices must maintain the best quality on the market so that safety from ill-health and accidents is assured.

The employer provides stimulation and stands responsible for costs relating to keeping fit. Staff are offered training and personal development in accordance with their individual development plans as laid down at the regular appraisal meetings.

Individual requirements, decisions made in co-operation and corporate culture that creates More Life in Life™ for staff and customers alike are the guiding principle for the work of the company.

Efforts are made to achieve even distribution of the sexes, age distribution and ethnic and cultural balance within the company.
