Policy on the working environment, equal opportunities and co-operation

This plan also applies, where relevant, to development and training operations and the company's other areas of activity, particularly and generally to preventive work against sexual harassment, bullying and degrading, insulting behaviour and use of language. Företagsresurs works together with customers, suppliers and partners which share the intention of the plan. The plan is assessed and updated every year.

Current situation
The company has no managers and a small number of staff in permanent employment. We organise our work in project form and tailor the implementation of our commissions to meet customers' specific requirements.
The company buys in services and works together with a variety of training companies depending on the scope of its commissions. Efforts are made to achieve even distribution of the sexes, age distribution and ethnic and cultural balance within the company.

All the company's activities take place and decisions are made in co-operation with everyone working for the company.

Working conditions & working environment
Current situation: The physical working environment is of high quality. The mental working environment is characterised by a social, relationship-based corporate culture where individual needs and wishes are very much taken into account.

Objectives: All staff must feel a sense of security, enjoy good camaraderie and be very pleased and satisfied with the work they do. This work must be characterised by variation, innovation and development.

Activities/methods: All staff take part in all company activities. Working conditions and the working environment are monitored constantly so as to ensure that there are no shortcomings. The working party shares responsibility for uninspiring tasks.

Responsibilities: Particular responsibility for follow-ups rests with the 4CMore Care Taker.
