Gainful employment & parenthood
Current situation: Some of the company's staff are parents of young children. Objectives: Private affairs are at the forefront of what the company does. Parenthood and parental leave must be regarded as a plus. The company must encourage joint distribution of parental leave. The company must be a natural meeting place for the families and relatives of staff. The company must arrange joint activities for the families and relatives of staff. We keep a close eye out to make sure that working hours and the work we do does not take up too high a proportion of people's lives. Activities/methods: Constant feedback to 4CMore steering documents is given at the regular staff meetings and forms the basis of work with new commissions. Responsibilities: Particular responsibility for follow-ups rests with the project managers. Sexual harassment & bullying Current situation: Much of what the company does in terms of development and training involves working with personal development, working with assessments, team development, communication and conflict management, among other things. When our development and training commissions are executed with meetings between lots of different people, there is a risk of action and behaviour that may offend people. 4CMore has a plan of action in place to counteract this. Objectives: Sexual harassment,bullying and degrading, insulting behaviour and use of language are not accepted within the company. All staff are responsible for counteracting and preventing harassment as outlined above. Activities/methods: The company's policy is clear and powerful, and everyone coming into contact with the company must be aware of it. Such issues will be emphasised and dealt with in development and training activities in particular. The company has a plan of action should any of the above types of harassment occur.
