Current situation: Everyone working at 4CMore is entitled and encouraged to undergo training and personal development in accordance with their individual development plans. The company implements a job rotation scheme, and the working party shares responsibility for uninspiring tasks. Keeping fit, both physically and mentally, is an important part of the company's activities and is encouraged. The company stands responsible for all costs relating to keeping fit. Objectives: To maintain quality in accordance with the "current situation". Activities/methods: Constant follow-up at the individual appraisal meetings and at a development and planning conference held annually. Responsibilities:Project managers. We are working to create the best environmentally sustainable solutions for what we do. We are constantly developing, with the aim of becoming an exemplary ecocycle company. We sort materials at source and select suppliers that hold environmental accreditation and supply products and services bearing an environmental label. We are constantly developing our environmental work and welcome suggestions for how we can improve our work to promote a better environment. |
