"If you don’t take a stand –you can fall for anything" Together with our staff we are managing 4Cmore AB. 4Cmore works internationally with training, development and selection on the basis of trust building with customers in the businesssector, organizations and the public sector. We have more than 50 years experience of international work with development and education and we work for to give our customers keys to success and possibilities to create More Life in Life®. The base for our path through life is a strong and clear view of life, clear basic values and an optimistic belief in people – we believe in the possibilities of mankind. Except that we work together, we are regulary coaching eachother with the purpose to support and inspire eachother to increase our ability to create harmony and to focus our energy towards goals integrated with our basic believes. Elisabet has her roots in Gothenburg were she used to live with her son Martin, she has more than 25 years experience as an international project manager and of development and training and among other things she has built up an international export firm operating in the engineering industry. She enjoys physical training, painting, dancing, explore the nature and she is a photographer. Peter has his roots in Järkvissle a small village in the north of Sweden, he has more than 20 years experience of international development and training, and among other things he has worked as a leadership teacher for the Swedish Armed Forces and with different jobs in the public sector. He enjoys music and singing, handicraft works, to cook and enjoy good food and wine, to read, to write poetry, yoga and physical exercices at Friskis and Svettis. We have together in our work, with our staff and customers, at our spare time and togheter with our private partners the opportunity to create more life in life.
Staff

Sven-Olov Eriksson Sven-Olov has more than 30 years experience of trade and industry, and among other things he has worked in the graphic arts industry and for universities and colleges. Sven-Olov has also worked within the sports movement as a trainer and leader, among other things. Sven-Olov is one of the consultants at 4Cmore and he also works with development of methods for effective dialougue.

Margaretha Näslund Margaretha has more than 20 years experience of trade, industry and yhe public sector. She has among other things worked as a controller in the financial sector, in the IT-sector with service, programming and support for exampel at VM-Data and she has worked with marketing. Margaretha has among other things studied law and she is working as a consultant at 4Cmore.

Svante Nyström Svante has more than 25 years experience of trade, industry, sales and marketing. Svante has studied sales and marketing and he is an IPU-consultant. He has among aother things worked with sales and marketing, as a projectleader wirh development of individuals, groups, organizations, selection and coaching. Svante is working as a consultant at 4Cmore.

Anders Olofsson Anders has more than 25 years experience of development and training. Anders has studied sociology, human well-being and he has worked with social treatment and as a teacher. Anders is working as a consultant at 4Cmore and he is responsable for development of cognitive therapy and socialpsychological methods.

Birgitta Söljén Pettersson Birgitta has more than 25 tears experience of development and training. Birgitta is a teacher and she has among other things worked as teacher in the public school, with special needs education, personal develompent and as a project manager and a teacher in projects like healthcare and imigration. Birgitta is working at 4Cmore as a consultant and a teacher.

Michael Ikhizamah Michael is an economist, an IT-technician and he has among other things been managing his own international import/export firm operating in the sales area in Greece, Asia and Africa. He has more than 15 years experience of trade, sales and marketing. Michael is working at 4Cmore as a consultant and he is the project manager of a Sales development project in Nigeria.

Marie Iwraeus Marie has more than 15 years experience of development and training. She has among other things worked as a lecturer in international projects, as a teacher and as a lecturer in basic studies of the swedish language for imigrants. Marie is working at 4Cmore as a consultant and a teacher.

Lennart Strömberg Lennart has more than 20 years experience of working with customers service in trade and industry, and among other things he has worked as a web designer and photographer. Lennart is the 4Cmore webmaster and he is also responsable for development of the comany’s IT operations. Lennart is also managing WebbResurs a part of 4Cmore. http://www.webbresurs.se/
