Our development concept also includes the training of lecturers for the implementation of personal development which leads to individual development plans. This work includes, among other things: Analysis Target work Planning Marketing Skills development Team development Work on developing working parties and teams with the aim of optimising productivity, quality and relations, and of creating a team spirit that makes people happy in their work, enhances their motivation, improves efficiency and reduces absences due to ill-health. Skills development Development of: Task-oriented skills (proficiency, ability, intellectual, social) Ideological/normative skills (feeling, attitude, personality) Development-oriented skills (analysis, reflection, creativity, opportunities) For example, the development of: Vocational skills Social skills Cultural skills Relationship skills Validation of skills Development of informal actual skills into legitimate, validated formal skills. Organisation & business development Development of organisations' and businesses' productivity, quality and relations in trade and industry, society activities and public operations.
